The ancient Suburb of Talamone, currently under the administration of the Commune of Orbetello, it is reached through the National neighbor Aurelia and dista: 25 Kms from Grosseto, 160 from Florence and 155 from Rome.
The aquarium of Talamone that, been born by an idea of the naturalist Guido Lombardi, August 13 th 1998 you/he/she has been inaugurated, and it finds his/her position in the Building of the Public Services.
The first human installation goes up again to the prehistoric era and you/he/she has been located on the hill of Talamonaccio and in the area of the today's Talamone, where a rocky cave exists on the sea, it goes up again to the age neolitica; various recoveries, stung of arrows, blades in flint, stones focaies, attest also the presence of the man in other caves along the coast.
