Denomination of origin checked of the wine "Ansonica Costa of the Argentario"

Article 1.
The denomination of checked origin "Ansonica costs some Argentario it is reserved to the white wine that answers to the conditions and the requisite established by the disciplinary present of production.

Article 2.
The denomination wine of checked origin "Ansonica costs some Argentario" you/he/she must be gets from grapes coming from having vineyards in the business circle the following composition ampelografica:
Ansonica B.: least 85%; other recommended or authorized vines for the province of Grosseto alone or jointly up to a maximum of 15%.

Article 3.
The zone of production of the denomination wine of checked origin "Ansonica costs some Argentario" you/he/she is situated in the hilly part, pedocollinare and islander of the south area of the province of Grosseto and he/she understands partly the communes of Manciano, Orbetello and Capalbio and the whole territory of the communes of Island of the Lily and Mountain Argentario in the province of Grosseto.
Such zone is so delimited:
the perimetrazione begins to south in the point of intersection among the line railway Grosseto-Rome and the territorial border of the commune of Capalbio to always continue along the same border, to east actually to the intersection of the provincial road n. 63, s.p. Capalbio that from Capalbio it conducts to the fraction of reverting Marsiliana in the commune of Manciano; the border continues in the east line along the government road n. 74 (s.s. Maremmana up to the alternative for Magliano in proximity of the fraction of Marsiliana. It continues then in the line north along the social road of the Pulledraies up to the ditch that interrupts her/it for then reimmettersi on the s.s. 74 to the km 8,700 in direction of the fraction of Albinia actually to the intersection with the railway line of the FF.SSs. Rome-Grosseto. From such point, in the west line, the border continues along the aforesaid railway line, in south direction, actually to meet the point of departure. The zone of production also includes the communes of Mountain Argentario and of the island of the Lily.

Article 4.
The environmental conditions and colturali of the vineyards destined wine of checked origin to the production of the denomination "Ansonica costs some Argentario" you/they must be those traditional of the zone and however fit to confer to the grapes and the derived wines the relative characteristics. The orders of plant, the forms of breeding and the systems of pruning must be those generally used in the zone or however actions not to modify the characteristics of the grapes and the wine. The breeding is excluded expanded on horizontal roof. Article 5

Article 6.
The denomination wine of checked origin "Ansonica costs some Argentario" to the action of the immission to the consumption you/he/she must correspond to the characteristic followings:

  • color: yellow pale yellow more intense;
  • odor: characteristic, slightly yielded;
  • taste: dry, soft, vivacious and harmonic;
  • title alcolometrico least total volumico: 11,5%;
  • least total acidity: 4,5 for thousand;
  • extract dry clean minimum: 15 for thousand
  • It is faculty of the minister of the agricultural, alimentary and forest Resources to modify with really decree, for the wines of which above, the least limits for the total acidity and the clean dry extract.

    Article 7.
    To the denomination wine of origin checked of which it is forbidden the addition to the article 2 of any different qualification from those anticipated from the disciplinary present of production understood ivi the adjectives "extra", "end", "select" "selected" and similar.
    Nevertheless the use of indications is allowed that does names reference, social reasons and marks deprived not having laudatory meaning and not fit to deceive the buyer. The use of indications that makes communes reference, fractions, areas, farms, zones and inclusive place in the zone delimited in the precedent article 3 is also allowed and from which indeed grapes originate from which the wine, so qualified, you/he/she has been gotten.
