This is the longest itinerary of the Park, however, since the run almost entirely develops him along a comfortable parallel path to the coast, the degree of difficulty pointed out it is only reported to the length in terms of time and kilometers, and not to the presence of particularly binding lines.
The first part of the itinerary, on asphalted road, handed by Pratini to the olive-grove of Collelungo, from here the indication A4 follows him. At the end of the olive-grove it is possible to enjoy some sight of the beach to south of Collelungo and the "Paduletto", small edge of marshy ground, periodically flooded during the rainy seasons.
In proximity of Cove of Oven a small pineta of pine of Aleppo (the only one of the Park) is crossed that, despite the modest dimensions, during the spring it emanates a pleasant and intense perfume of resin. You comes so to Cove of Oven, beautiful sandy inlet, once important center for the embarkation of the coal. On the high ground the Tower of Cove of Oven (not attainable) is perceived.
The reentry is possible following him/it same run of the going or, in the last line, a brief variation can be followed to the left, pointed out by an arrow that, through the pineta, it conducts us to the beach of Collelungo; from here a passage it is reached on the left of the great calcareous rock-cliff that conducts again to the road that brings to Pratini.
